	Your son moved a green bag from shared bank to his inventory, it didn't take, and vanished because he already had one in his inventory (exclusive?) Two GMs respond and tell him about the lost and found feature and he responds in a hostile and rude manner. I guess the devs can fix that by having the bag revert back to shared bank, instead of vanishing and recovered through L&F. However as we all know, the shared bank is perpetually bugged; hence the L&F solution. Or he can stop using exclusive bags and upgrade?

There was a RoSS shard in there I was transferring to make. Took my guildies* to replace some of the stuff because the GM's are pretty hand-tied (Their service is useless but it's not their fault). They used to get GM's to complete quests and you'd gain xp so we were jumping into known glitched quests and getting completions. When I say we I mean everyone. *I love those goofy little guys wherever all of them are now.

	i can totally relate to ur son. I lost astral shards b4 they introduced the "from now on the treasure reroll button will prompt a yes-no choice b4 losing shards". Then I duped card X and IX on a couple of servers, with large matz, cleansing essences, pumped heart seed number from 2-5 to 2400-2500, and now i feel things have been balanced. ICanHazYourStuff can also relate to your son but i suggest you refuse his compassion, coz he's been in the penitentiary for such thingz.
