it's ok with newer handwraps, if you've got older ones you're fucked.

How new, like U19 or U21 wraps?
I was using smoke on a couple toons for quite some time with no trouble and noone complained until about 3 months ago.  I reset and dropped it at the time.
I've still not had an issue when running with people that use it, but I'm also not using wraps very often.

Newer wraps such as thunder and lightning and ad ins. Post U19. It did have some issues with lowering your personal overall dps some, nixing procs/ad-on dmg and such, nothing too major.

used to keep it hotbarred as a twist just for those times when i  wanted to be a pain the backside for a party
