Iv'e noticed some of the things you have mentioned but not all the time, it seems to come and go.

Windows 7 Operating System?

My windows 7 machine has recently encountered the double login problem that has been talked about on the forums for years it seems.

What I mean is login, wait a log time, character appears on screen, network status has already gone red and is broken. ALT-F4 or CTRL-ALT_DEL and start over.

I have the same audio issues.  Are you using a wireless headset?  As I found it had something to do with the usb device(never had the problem before).  I have 3 audio devices in my system and without the USB plugged in and just internal devices on I have no problem.  If I plug in the USB and restart the client i get the audio cutout after an hour or 2.

Lag has been horrendous for me recently, and my guildies have been saying the same.  I'm a fucking wizard just for being able to complete a quest; half the time I'm pressing sequences of buttons, essentially guessing what the mobs are going to do next and acting accordingly.  One thing that seems to be consistent is that if you group with someone who has a shitty connection, you get the same problems  :/

Movies stream seamlessly. Web pages load instantly. Porn plays ... well, who knows what happens at the end of a porno? It's a mystery to me.

DDO lags like I downgraded to 28k baud.

I've just stopped playing.

Thats not lag, thats Turbine's new and improved difficulty setting.  You should count yourself lucky to be one of the many blessed to enjoy the new, challenging DDO.

Lag was horrible yesterday.  Tried to run Tomb of the Unhallowed solo, and just said fuck it after the second wing and quit.  Considering I'm using a beast setup and on a 15mB connection, there's no excuse.

They definitely screwed the client.  My guess, they're invoking closeBank() every time jump() and openBag() gets called.

They cannot script that, specifically.  Items are made with unique id numbers when created.  Every kind of dupe creates an item.  They can actively monitor though and watch people standing at banks when invisible as well as go through their data logs.

just powered through some 20th completions and pre-Hotfix this week i was seeing zero lag in EN Double Dragon. Just yesterday and today I started running again and It's been consistent very bad lag every time the 2 Purple Named ellies spawn (~12 runs)

Lag when loading into the marketplace, while running, jumping, turning

Has now spread to other zones, house k, harbor, guild ships

Stutter steps are frequent, as is rubber banding

I've started to see more bounce in ddo than in the vault sigs

Last night's lag was absolutely fucking horrible.  Zoned into an EE quest with a guildie, took five steps, both of us started rubber-banding and doing Nightcrawler impersonations.  Finished out before even bothering to try and fight anything, re-set, went back in on EH to avoid getting roflstomped by mobs that don't even appear on the screen until after you get the death message.

I hate laggy porn where you miss the dialogue and then cannot follow the plot after that.  It just spoils it....
