Raid Timers not tradeable from free to play

If you are storing raid timers on a free to play account, is there a way to transfer them back to your original account without paying for it?  I got the not trade-able, not mail-able, not auction-able while on a bank (free to play) account today when trying to transfer timers back to original account.
