So I used an otto stone to cap a life earlier this week and with 50 percent pot, voice, ship buff, and vip bonus it left me 1 mil xp short of the 3.4 mil I was supposed to get. Sent in a ticket, gm says known issue and can't do anything about it.

So, slightly pissed off I finished the 1 mil xp and etred. The stupid life-shaper gave me only enough xp to hit lvl 15. I'm on an bladeforged, could be the reason why. Now I'm stuck on the bridge between worlds waiting 30 min for a gm.

They can't even get shit right on paid services. I should demand my box back.

It's been over an hour and still stuck on bridge with no reply. Ridiculous. Yea I'll try later.

I assumed the otto stone was a lost cause so did not pursue. Now with this issue I can't even quest.

How did you get ur problem sorted out in the end? I mean what did the gm end up doing?

Issue resolved. GM waved a wand and gave me the remainder xp. 4 hrs after the fact, but it's a Sunday I can kinda understand. Don't understand why the other GM couldnt do the same for my otto stone. Must have gotten an inept one last week.

ETR-ing has been leaving me without my tomes applying. Usually get a LR heart from the GM and that sorts it, but still annoying.

As far as we know, they can't do that. They need to log in with your char to check your inventory and delete things manually, unless they improved it since the first "public dupe".

There are some GM's that are terrible, waste of time even talking to them - they don't read your ticket and copy and paste a generic reply while closing your ticket. And there are one or two that read what you ticket and reply to the problem you have. Even if they can't help, you don't feel like you have wasted your life talking to them.

This would actually be a good thread to have going on here. Although, i'm not sure if a pos rep gm thread on the vault would help the gm's on the list any. Probably all the half decent ones would get fired and the terrible ones would be left.

I don't think it is too hard to read a player ticket and respond to it without copy and pasting something that isn't even relevant to the question. But that is just me.

I had kind of hoped that the firings around Easter would have sorted it out, but looks like there is still a bit of dead wood at turbine.

You guys do realize that when turbine sees that you agree on something/someone being "awesome" or "the best" it must be overpowered and therefore will soon be nerfed right?
