I have not tried 2hf, but im sure that most special attacks and great cleave are all doublestriking.

Smites, maybe the LD cleaves, Supreme cleave maybe?  Havent tried anything but what I listed earlier.

all your listed ones function, as does Confront foe (noticed this myself after i decided to twist it in after u20, it got even better with u21s extra hit chances XD), Lay Waste and that other one also functions. with S&B at least, thats the toon i was tinkering on, and my only toon with a sustainable 34% doublestrike, 84% with decreasing mitigation from Crusader. Double strikes out her ass when shes ragin Cheesy
