While I appreciate the sentiment, I doubt "most" is even close. At last count there were more than 600,000 characters in DDO, and fewer than 90,000 characters in guilds.
And of the ones who
are in guilds, I'm sure there are plenty who don't care about the buffs. I know nobody in my guild has purchased any buffs for our ship (purchased with store bought astral diamonds, I might add) in close to a year. So new buffs? Meh.
I agree that adding things players will like is a good idea, but there are plenty of vastly superior choices. How about sorting and naming bags, or better search on the auction house, or potion 6-pack holders, or spell componenet pouches?
