At first I looked at the loot as Level 28 loot and said "meh".  Then I realized it really targeted level 24, then I said "meh".  Again.

I mean if you are loot light and don't have much goodness this stuff is ok, but who here isn't loaded down with better loot they don't even use.

maybe newer players or someone starting a new character but most would have spares stock piled anyway. And if this stuff hardly drops well it wont really be worth farming it, just for something that's going to be a stop gap item.

I have the sneaking suspicion that the loot devs get loaded and sit around tossing around ideas like that.

The ones that are the most audibly coherent on the tapes get turned into loot.
