Have you tried a lower difficulty setting, such as Google?

Related question - it seems that in both heroic and epic, Harza Ghost-Walker will not talk to me any more (no XP).  I thought there were 4 NPCs to talk to for XP in the crucible.  Are there only 3?  Did they change Harza?
