Post for a hard or normal group? Just label it, "Happy disciplined dedicated people only !!"

Please don't, I want to know when I play with stoddard and when it's just a random newbie or casual player. Makes a big difference.

You have to be in the right mood to play with stoddard.

Move around more to avoid polar rays.
Get ioun stone.

GFY
It is ironic that we are told to move around to avoid when this game is loaded with lag.

No, I am not whining about the "nerfing" of shrines.
Yes, I am pointing out the irony of fuckwads who complain in other threads to fix the lag then come in on their high horses and say how easy it is to dodge.

Where did I mention anything about how easy it is to dodge?
You should also learn to read along with how to play.
If you have lag problems, equip ioun stone or any other spell absorb item.  Cheesy
That should be so fucking hard to do.

I'm excited to see Cannith crafting devices available on ships. Because every ship should have that kind of lag.

I'm excited to see the "buff all" shrine and how long the lag takes when applying said buffs to you.  Just one more form of lag Smiley

yep.  and what are the odds the trap door decks bug makes it to live?  how much fun will it be when people start phasing through their guildships on the live servers?

Since at lvl 1 - lvl 15 you get only 5 point resists, wouldnt content be too hard at lower levels?
Those kobold shamans will hurt not to mention traps like acid one in Waterworks.

if you cant take it dont run elite.
I welcome this change. heroic content is too boring maybe this will bring a bit of challenge to it.

None of this shit really matters.

part of me would like to believe that the new ship stuff is fixing some issues
but if the lag is the same as crafting on land as it is on the ship
well then fuck me for the cut and paste bullshit
part of me wants to believe they are fixing all that old coding
but damn it, crafting isnt that old

You have got to be kidding me.  Is this serious?

You know, prion to guilds existing people ran Harbor on elite and didn't die.  We even ran in Perma Death guilds and did not die.

I wouldn't write it that way, but the effect is the same :

Finally, low level quests will be back to not being a walk in the park as fast as we can.
We will have to be have more than a working brain cell to finish them without dying.

So the aim will no longer be to finish a "very long" quest in 2 minutes so you can TR faster?

Supposedly, there are also these three beings you can click on the window to enter the quest. Rumor say that they go by the names "Casual", "Normal", and "Hard". Possibly they can help you if you start having problems.

No, I seem to remember those being greyed out and you can only choose those options after running once on elite!

I never said that I cared about that change... Actually I don't care at all.

I've started playing at the time when you could die in Euphonia's Challenge... Guild ships and buffs weren't even a dream.

( and I DID die there... It was very good to determine how gimped a build was : if you managed to survive Euphonia's Challenge and the Lower Harbour you had a chance to be able to survive at higher levels. If you dies in Euphonia's Challenge it was goinbg to be faster to just reroll )
