Yes. I got told it's borked and to use copy ( I didn't know that ) so I copied my lolbard I haven't played in years.
Then I was gonna check how Swash stacks with Crusader and stuff, got killed repeatedly in Dojo.
Fuck their test server and bug reporting.

they simply do not care what their customer thinks or wants. TW already wrote off DDO, as long as maj and co can keep it up and running with no resources they can keep their pet project. test servers and such do not directly add to the immediate bottom line...

Communion of Scribing (3/3) is still at a 6 second delay, costs 25 spell points, still repairs for 150 HP maximum but is still affected by all Repair spell power as well as Potency (if you don't have better Repair Spell Power). Of course, it is still affected by any enhancements or ED powers that affect Repair like Mechanist in the BF Race Enhancements tree.

My Pure BF Monk can self-repair for 501 HP per cast and his Repair Spell Power is only 179 at the present time. He also has Mechanist (3/3) for an additional 20% Repairing.

It is still an SLA. Not sure about the uninterruptible part. Testing now...stay tuned.

Ok, went to Ruins of Gianthold and gathered up 2 Stone and 2 Cloud Giants. They were attacking with both physical (yes, they were actually hitting me) and magical attacks. Cast the Recon SLA 10 times and didn't get interrupted once.

I was in the impression the shared bag bank was supposed to receive bags and not the ingredients alone? 12 gargantuar bags seens like a lot of stuff... and you can still autogather from your inv and put it back in the bank...

I'm more curious about this:

Well because it has a skill requirement (2 ranks in balance i believe) it's impossible to take it at level 1. I thought they'd learned their lesson that feats requiring skill ranks were fucking stupid. Obviously, I was mistaken.

Get off it.  The PC still hasn't done shit except choose between two shitty ass monsters for a landscape area.

This was a known thing for hell of a lot longer than the PC's existence.  I can remember that being the reasoning for at least the last three years.

It isn't tracked item ID's, so much as, each item made has a unique identifier.  When you make a 'duped item' you are still making new items each with an identifier. 

When you do anything with an item, except transfer via a banking interface or trade window, possibly even the mail, it makes a copy.   

Upgrade it, slot it, whatever.  The game destroys the old item completely while making a new one with a new identity number. 

Servers do version check Identity numbers on items, but that is as far as it goes.

That was an Eladrin-type bait and switch I am sure.

Ask some of your ML members on the council  They will tell you what that means.  They were never going to seriously keep charges. 



As for loot.  Bullshit.  I know how that works.  They give you draft A that is shit...they already have draft B in the works, if they planned on changing it.   They let you kibitz for a week maybe take a survey.  Out comes draft B.

Draft B sees Lamania.  Only if there is enough outrage do they do any editing again...

The only time I saw loot not get fucked up, after a Draft A was given out,  was when there was such an outrage that a producer stepped in and told the loot designer (FOS in this case) to not fucking touch specific things he wanted to fuck up.

So he went off on a little crybaby rant about other loot that he now 'would not make better' cause he was butthurt that not all his changes were accepted.  Other loot, I might add, that had nothing to do, nor any relation to any of the items that were put on a 'do not touch list'.

I wouldn't say it around that PC had anything to do with E3BC loot. It sucks A LOT (with the exceptions of 2 items).

Wow - Seriously? 
What moron would think that was a good idea?  Do these devs even play the game?  I mean - why would you do that?  Current buffs aren't limited?  Did they seriously think the players would go, "Buffs are limited by charges?  But they new ships are pretty and we have a buff all button?  Ok, that sounds good!"

The fact that the idea even made it to the PC is telling.

Some guilds have hundreds of players - who determines who gets those charges? 
What would happen is the first person on the ship after charges refresh, logs on all alts and uses all the charges up for the day?

No offense intended Flav, but Turdbine don't need a PC, they firstly need some devs in touch with the product they develop and the market they appeal to.

Recent releases and rumours indicate that this game is just random pixels and numbers to them.  They (Turdbine) just throw these shitty brianfarts out without any thought of balancing.
No wonder the game is such a friggin mess.
