Set AFK message, go on anon. When i need to level i check if no one is standing at trainer, if there are, i switch instance (luckily Cannith's pop has risen lately so there are multiple instances often) or go somewhere else. Market and Harbor aren't the only places with trainers. Of course, if you got fans for whatever reasons, they tend to stalk you... which is my only issue atm.

Leveling by reusing the xpstone from a silver roll is slower than running quests so I never got into it. The only thing I really want to know how to copy and transfer is CoV, CoH and ESoS anyway :p
