It wouldn't surprise me if this happens. Theres probly some young GM with initiative right deciding to take up Capsela's banhammer suggestion. which leads to a promotion as producer as the game slowly dies off.

Useless and detrimental at best to ee quest. So is getting rid of difficulty tier based loot- nice one trubine-.
