If its true, turdbine must think they're showing players they care about xploitz.
But we see how incopetent they're if they must use thi method to fix anything.
Time to fire programmers and hire someone that knows how computer works.

I doubt they will bring a new "feature" in during a maintenance outage.  Fixes yes, but a new feature will require the PR and fanfare from an update.

This change will slow down play times and extend the life of the game.  So people will take longer to get sick of the game. 

Never mind that the ladder bug still haunts us, this is where we need to spend our time.
