Since a guild is not a being per say, I fail to see how a guild could annoy you. If you on the other hand are asking which guild that contains the most members that annoy me in question, I would have to decide what qualifies as annoying, write down the name of the guild of the persons that I find annoying and then count which guild that has the most annoying members.
From a statistical point of view, the guild with the most members probably has the largest amount of annoying members as well. But since I don't really keep track of ppl I find annoying and they usually don't annoy me on a regular basis, I cannot answer your question.
