	You don't seem to be able to buy the necropolis pack either. Which is cheaper and you have enough Turbine points for. Something is definitely wrong. I don't think it has anything to do with PDK.

I get the same message even though I only have 3/4 necro packs.

	are you in game or at the character selector screen? If at the selector screen some items are not available.

	Here: http://support.turbine.com/ics/support/default.asp?deptID=24047 Click on submit a ticket. Then remember to check your email if they get back to you. Make sure u select store or similar in the subject, so the ticket goes to account support and not game support.
