So I have a character I want to TR, get to level 13 and then leave it stuck there at that level. Just to run challenges, help people out with necropolis, desert, cannith challenges etc. (I know I could just dupe the ings and XP instead before someone tells me!).

I was thinking TR into Bladeforged as I have that available and it has a few advantages, BUT unless I am missing something I won't be able to TR into a Bladeforged with one level of rogue and say 12 levels of Sorc and stop at 13.

Normally I could create a level 1 Pal/Level 12 Sorc and then use a +1 heart after, but then I can't leave the LR ship till I hit 15. Correct me if I am wrong.

Or can I use a bracelet of friends to get off the LR ship for example? /Death or teleport?

There was a recent thread on an old 'method' of gaining xp by getting onto the LR ship, if I read it right, and that got fixed, but not sure if theres a way just to get off it again before completing an LR?

No stress, there just seemed to be a lot of lateral thinkers on these boards, so I thought I would ask.

I will go try it in a bit. Worst case I will need to level up to 28 and ITR back into a warforged.

Try using an airship beacon. I can't confirm nor deny if that will work or not.

Yes sorry I did ramble a fair bit. 

I was after rogue and level 12 sorc for SLA fireballs, but will just have to go 14+ or stay warforged.

Use an iconic and lvl him to 13 then just leave, you dont get the gear tho.

In the interests of science, I suddenly thought, why don't I try getting off the  LR boat with a bank mule using the free lesser heart. It's not gone well

Bracelet of friends, nothing happens.
Guild Beacon fails as its a non-teleport area.
Teleport via dragon mark fails as its a non teleport area. (not that it would have helped me in my quest for Bladeforged anyway).

I am wondering where I go if I can die somehow. Probably just stay there as a ghost but who knows. I can't seem to do this with jump, maybe if my jump skill was higher. Or maybe if I had in my possession two uncleansed shroud items and level to 13 I could die that way, though as I say, dying may not help.

We are talking about an LR so I could have the scroll on me along with an inscription material, but Sorc is what I want anyway. I doubt I can cast the spell though, at least from the LR boat as surely the dragon mark would work if so...

I did something similar just a few days ago and was able to get off the boat by logging out, then using the Transport to Eveningstar button on the character selection screen. I ended up in the Hall of Heros and simply walked out.

I was LRing a level 12 bard to get all Swashbucklery and run Delera's with some guildies so I stopped at level 8. When I logged out, the Eberron button was grey but the Eveningstar button worked just fine. Go figure.
