Hell yes. When I have the spare time, I am going to look into how many different kinds of critical multiplier it's possible to stack in a single build. Combined with the melee power changes, things promise to get rather silly.
For the record, I'm fine with that

Do you have a way to get dex to damage on your shurikens as a Swashbuckling Drow?

Why not remove the other Stat requirements for other feats well since we can have wisdom for ranged and Str based rogues etc

Damn right! And while we're at it, lets allow to-hit and damage to always use whatever your highest stat number is; I think it's appalling that my Druid has to hit EE bosses more than once in order to kill them
Okay, so DDO is riding a horse and carriage down Cheese Street into the middle of Crazy Town and running for office, but it'll be a hell of a way to stave off ennui. Melee/ranged power stats look like the final piece of the puzzle for creating a much broader range of utterly abusive builds.
I can actually envisage a day arriving that I would once have said was impossible: when people on the shithole DDO forums are bewailing the fact that everyone seems to be playing Bards (and maybe even Paladins) nowadays. We'll have Teh_Troll and his crew crying for nerfs, pure Monk enthusiasts begging desperately to be made competitive again, loads of people who spent months farming out ingredients to make matched sets of weapons bawling their eyes out that TWF has been made "redundant"...

He's never played the game and has shown he doesn't understand how basic properties stack. I don't see how that could go wrong. You're obviously overreacting.
Turbine policy - glitches and poor coding resulting in interference of your game play or enjoyment will be ignored. Glitches or poor coding on the developers side that at all benefit your game play or enjoyment will result in your character being banned and/or items from your inventory deleted. Please report all bugs via our bug report...when it works.

Iirc int is the only stat that can't be used as hit/dam (unless swashbuckling) and wisdom only to hit on ranged.. All other Stats can currently be used by some or most characters.. So I fail to see how this is in the future :p
But honestly.... OC will be the new no-brain feat so if that goes through they might as well open up the other feats as well.
This change and the one for ld is idiotic

Not 100% sure it works as it should but, Shurikens use dex for their to hit mod, and I'd intend to have rogue levels, so Assasin core 2:

1) Int can be added to attack or damage since Artificers
2) I said "lets allow to-hit and damage to always use whatever your highest stat number is"... No more of this namby-pamby "only certain stats with certain weapons or enhancements" nonsense; they should just get to the inevitable point of using whatever your highest stat is at the time.
Anyway, I have since revised this idea as weaksauce. At the current rate of cheese acceleration (approximately 1.7 MegaBrie per update^2), the Devs should just anticipate the final outcome and add up all of the modifiers for all of the stats, multiply it by character level, and use that number as your bonus to attack, damage, saving throws, AC and spell/tactical ability DC's.
Just call it "character power"... OVER 9000!

rogues and arties both get int to Xbows, and rogues get int/dex to daggers

I can see dagger and staff. Though I'd be hard pressed actualy want to use a dagger. Throwers? I dont know enough of them other than my testing to say that it would be preferable to the loss of the other goodies by such a deep splash in a class with shitty trees, but maybe Im missing something.
So I guess that leave staff builds.
