	Think they messed up the tomes drop rate too. Got two 3to4 upgrade tomes, one +4 pure tome, two +3 pure tomes, and two 3to4 upgrade skill tomes since patch. Oh, and +1 tome from ee tide.

	Why? Skill tomes are obsolete, unless you mean stat tomes of course, in which case.. Where you gettin them ^-^

All over place, I remember only 3to4 upgrade stat from eh von3 breakable, and 3to4 upgrade from one of the web chain quests, ee, eh fot got pure +4 con tome. Rest I dont remember, but it was anywhere in either gh, high road, motu chains or wk/von3. All epic quests.

	I pulled a +4 to +5 today in high level elite non-raid content. So there's more evidence of a drop rate increase for you.

	I've also noticed an increased amount of +3 to +4 (and some +4 to +5) stat tomes in circulation for the last 1-2 weeks. My mules also recently started to get stat tomes from silver rolls more often.

I've always had decent luck with tomes, but I just pulled four in a week, and I don't play that much. I have more than a page of unbound +3's and eight or so +4's
