that being said, even a gimp has:

8 base str (6 if halfing)
6/8 item
2 ship
2-4 tome
-----
+4-6 mod

MOST people put 10ish skil points into jump during leveling, if points are available.

So:

15 Item
5 modifer (average mod with minimal str)
4 tome (because, who doesnt have an abundance of +4 skill tomes from cards)
10 Potion
3 ship
-------
37 easily gotten jump. Goodluck/GH clickie/scroll/potion for 40+.. All of which is easily gotten on a first life toon. Thats not counting +1-8 Epic skill bonus, or putting skill points into jump as a base. There is really no reason a person cant get over 40 without needing their hand held in some form

Haven't seen one of these in a long time - it used to be like 90% of the posts here before the big blowup where all the 'elite kiddies' took their ball and went home (because they found out - you don't piss off the guy that actually pays for the damn forums).

Just remember - if you run into someone who seems to not have a clue - or doesn't carry heal pots - or has 200 hps at level 20 - etc.  And then proceed to treat them like a scrub - you loose all rights to complain about the game 'dying' and 'no lfms' - because those guys are the ones who could give a fuck if there is mass duping or huge exploits - they just play to have fun - until they get shit all over for being less than optimised.

Try this one:   Recently i did EH into the deeps and  mid-fight with the demon used a ddoor to use the shrine in the entrace but oh surprise! the fucker followed me to that place. 

I went to the water to avoid his attacks and came back to the pit (was loke, ohh fuck this shit bugged and wasted my 10 min. here...)    But to my surprise there was no demon, the optional didnt completed but the epic chest was up with the npc.  looted and ran away as the reavers started spawning again.



Good enough "rumor" to deserve a investigation? nah  but is a cool feature.

Straw man.  That was not my point and you know it.  Party Crashers is not a strong XP/Min run.  It does not yield any good loot.  Given that XP and loot are the most common reasons a quest is run (by far) the point is valid.  I'm not sure why it would get run often enough to warrant anyone posting about needing a decent jump in it.
