	To true heroic reincarnate right after epic true reincarnation? aka i decide to ETR lvl 28 toon, then can I HTR him immediately? y or n?

	Yes. Epic Reincarnate goes from 28 to 20 Heroic from 20 to 1 (15 if into iconic) ICONIC (leaving iconic to anything else) 28-1 (15 if iconic again)

Epic Reincarnation is actually closer to Lesser Reincarnation in effect - you don't lose any quest or destiny progress, they simply take your ED Karma, level you down to 20 and let you recustomize your character. No spells lost, no favor lost, no TR cache - Epic Reincarnation is not True. Thus they are on different cooldowns. Whether Epic Reincarnation and Lesser Reincarnation share a cooldown... I don't know for sure, but suspect that they do.

	Thanks, and what does the stack of past life mean in regard to the stances? ddowiki says : Arcane Past Life Stance: 3% Critical Chance with Acid, Cold, Electric, Fire, and Sonic Spells per stack of this past life. Passive Bonus: +1% Absorption of Acid, Cold, Electric, and Fire damage. So you can get 3 stacks of the stance as well? Which means 9% criticals for energy spells? That wud be pretty good.

They have INT as a primary stat - great make it a mandatory level of Cleric! Or, let's have a Cleric Iconic - ok, what race? I know let's make an INT based Elf..... Daft, daft, daft. The game has been crying out for a race with WIS stat bonus. They wanted an Iconic cleric, why not just make a GM's call and make the Sun Elf WIS based in DDO? God knows there are 468 different flavours of elf in the game - pick one with WIS if you want a Cleric Iconic? It's these little decisions that are most telling about their competency to manage a DnD branded MMO.
