so ive just downloaded netbalancer coz apparently its better than what i was using before
question is:
when setting a rule it doesnt allow me to change the limitation on up/dwn
is it coz i havent bought the software.... now i dont think many of you have bought it either, so any chance for a key?

yeah i used that and clumsy before, but coz the stuff im currently working on requires other things to be online i need something that allows for that, hence netbalancer Tongue

I assume netbalancer is a lot like netlimiter which is what I usually use.  Balancer has a few more options looks like, but I had a key for limiter Smiley
