ePeen drama threads are in the other forum sorry.
Move along.

Just to clarify, yes there are newbs and noobs.
Because you happen to play a vid game better than them does not translate into making you better than them.
Get a life.  Most people play games for fun, not to self-validate.

I encounter people in games who aren't very good all the time.
Some people are new to the game and some people just really aren't cut out for gaming - but if they're having fun and not spoiling other people's enjoyment, no harm done.
I don't come on here and mock them.

Griefers on the other hand are far worse in my book than noobs.

We get it, some people aren't very good.
It's simple really - you either choose to help them or avoid them.

It's up to you.

Thing is that if you try to help someone, ppl will think you are some elitist jerk that tells them how to play.

I mean when you see ppl that say they are completionist at their bios and those ppl suck, do you really think those ppl would welcome my advice or think am some elitist jerk telling them how to play?

The success in offering advice is all in the delivery.
If someone is unresponsive or responds negatively, then there is nothing you can do to help them (or they are unwilling to accept help).  chalk it up to experience and move on as you have found yourself a potential noob (I say potential because the prevailing assumption is that you're right.  I get "advice" all the time that is entirely or partially incorrect.  I just say thanks and move along.  There are still people who believe you can Diplo chests for loot buffs....)

Newbs on the other hand, I find are often quite open to advice/help/suggestions.

Back to the OP...

I saw on the mobo that some one wanted the trip to the quests in orchard shortened so he could actually get to the quests before they were finished. The one he highlighted was inferno of the damned. What a Chicken McButtnugget. When did people stop learning the areas by finding all of the explorers at level so that when it's time for the quests, the area is open so you can find it? Again: What a Chicken McButtnugget.

You're obviously too good for DDO.  I suggest finding a new game that will better fit your superior playing skills.  Skydiving perhaps?

Turbine policy - glitches and poor coding resulting in interference of your game play or enjoyment will be ignored.  Glitches or poor coding on the developers side that at all benefit your game play or enjoyment will result in your character being banned and/or items from your inventory deleted.  Please report all bugs via our bug report...when it works.

I've already found a game that fits  my superior skills, and that is Ultima online... A game where the smallest of mistake can cost you months and months of farming...

What Not_Dropbear is trying to tell you, except with a great deal of diplomacy, is that you are a fucking dick. That is why people think you are an elitist jerk that is telling them how to play.

What you think is helping them is just a heavy dose of you being a dick, with no greater message delivered other than you think they're having fun wrong.
