Seems like the helms and armors can drop in any quest.

Yes it does as I personally saw a mythic Minos drop from flesh makers. And there have been reports of it dropping in other locations as well.

Thank you but I'd like a first hand witness or at least a person that linked the item to show you and said where it was from. I will note that this item is suspected to come from the raid.

Not named loot, but worth mentioning.  Two +5 to 6 tome upgrades out of Fleshmakers in about 6 EH runs total along with the named loot.

Named loot seems to follow the heroic item drops with the heroic tapestry items and armors dropping in all.

My guild leader told me that they're the same drop spots (quests at least) as the heroic versions.

At least for ones that aren't turn-ins on heroic.

there's no specific loot table for EE... well technically there is, but it's just a higher drop chance, but it can drop on Epic Casual too...  Roll Eyes

Im fairly certain that the Opt chests act like the heroic versions. Which allow getting any item in them, but at a lesser chance than the actual drop quest. One could farm opt + main for chances at everything that way, then move on when ransacked

not trash chests, Optional Chests. 2 in Vol (End chest/Marut chest), 2 in Ghosts (End chest/Wave 1-4 chest), 2 in Fleshmaker (End Chest + Swarm chest), 2 in Inferno (end chest + Locked acolyte chest). All 4 quests have the same amount of chances for said loot, some are far easier to farm however. Vol being the easiest with a searcher, Inferno after that, as it requires no skills.
