Death possibilities without leaving quest?

Hey there,

anyone knows more self inflicted death in the quest than tainted greensteel?

I am looking for posibilities to die in a controlled way in a save spot.

Turbine policy - glitches and poor coding resulting in interference of your game play or enjoyment will be ignored.  Glitches or poor coding on the developers side that at all benefit your game play or enjoyment will result in your character being banned and/or items from your inventory deleted.  Please report all bugs via our bug report...when it works.

remove ff, jump into corners and push into odd geometry so you "float" the game believes you are falling for the duration of your "float" when you finally touch the ground youll take a decent amount of fall damage.

as an artificer, cast positive energy infusion on your pet 10 times then jump off something

with the availability of cakes these days, its an easy way to past shit you dont want to waste time fucking with. die, walk past shit, cake, repeat

You can equip more than two tainted items for faster self-killing.

It works the same way in quests as it works outside of them in that it returns you to your spawn location ( /resloc ), which is not what the OP is seeking.

I would prefer death by snu snu. sadly the game doesn't provide such methods.
So Pork Barrels would be possible and the falling bug.

If you are a barb then Supream Cleave.  Buy scolls of Death Aura or Negative energy burst (not really sure if this would work).  Or you can do an old favorite of mine, find mob, hit mob 1 time, let mob kill you.

On a side note, I love using Reanimate (from the PM enhancement tree) to raise people I hate.

No, I want to screw lockout mechanisms like in reavers fate or abbot. and i need to define the spot where i die. so not much moving around etc. greensteeel seems like the way to go. tomorrow I try death aura scrolls.

I don't think death aura will damage you or any partmate/pet/summon around you.

Pale Master, but that would take longer than greensteel.
Pally Divine Sacrifice, but I'm guessing you'd prefer to kill yourself in game rather than from boredom.
You could always go get one of those enduring mummy curses, or what's the one from touching the water in that Necropolis q? It's been ages since I've stepped in there. They might have even fixed the issue with it persisting outside of the q.

I think the wink means it's not actually taking the hp's as per the description.....  Just a guess.   Roll Eyes

Unless you're incapacitated, or as I like to call it "not quite dead."  If you type it then you just drop your stone in quest.

Other way around. When incapped stone shows up in quest. When above 0 hp you go to spawn point.
