DDO Wallpapers, really?

They released more DDO wallpapers.  They're kind of garbagy.  I noticed this quite some time ago, and never really bothered looking again since.   

Today I did, and I just don't understand why they release such bad "art" and how there could be demand for it.  Anyone who didn't know what DDO was would think there was something wrong with your screen - or mind.

I was curious and had a look long ago and never looked back since.
They should do some artwork instead of taking SS for wallpapers. If they are not SS, then I have nothing else to say.

At least use good SSs. There are SSs of the week that they could use.

I've never bothered with looking at this stuff.

Turbine's graphical art team doesn't even understand the concept of layers. I cringe seeing the launcher screenshots where they black out the date ranges and just write on top of that. It will take exactly 20 seconds and a free copy of paint.NET to make the image a background layer and the writing a foreground layer.

It's just amateur hour over there.
