Nevermind I got my answer....  its the crappy 35 fort save like every low level freezing ice item in the game.  Turbine is so fucking lazy.  The worse part is that they are unashamed.  It is so obvious they just pull code from one thing (freezing ice in this case) and port it to a new item... I wish I could copy and paste my way through my job...  but I guess then I would have a crappy coding job at a shitty game company on a dying game...

Yeah, but most people learn from their past mistakes.   Wink

Is this item even worth farming for? People were going nuts for it in GOP run last night. Does it freeze a attacker?

A good joke is like a good recipe.  Try using a little less butthurt next time, it throws off the flavor Wink

Why thank you, although I needed no affirmation of that fact from anyone, and certainly not from some sad, fat fuck who is a DDO fanboi.

Having said that, I am a Time Warner stockholder, and every  bit of profit that can be wrung out of Turbine has a chance of increasing my dividend check. As such, I would encourage you to continue spending money on DDO as you attempt to offset the wretched reality that is your life.

Just for your information, not all companies optimize their business operations to maximize current profits. Amazon, for example, is much more interested in increasing its market share at the expense of current profits.

You would know these kinds of things if you were anyone who mattered, but clearly you aren't.

Now, be a good little fanboi and toddle off to the Turbine forums where you can get your daily dose of Cordo ass kissing done.

I'm not seeing what's so great about the Epic Cloak of Ice.  I have several of the heroic versions but I can't think of any of my toons that would wear it over another cloak at level 27/28.  The slots are nice and it has some decent defensive properties, but it's kinda meh, as far as I can tell.

Is 35 fort going to get anything other than mobs that roll a 1?

5% to trigger, 5% to roll a 1...

I'm wearing it because the other stuff I pulled from there replaced all the effects I wanted on my other cloak.  And since no mabar, I has a sad.  Cry

If not the Mabar cloak, then wouldn't the jewelled cloak be the next best option?
I know some run with a PLIS, but since it was nerfed, the cloak is a better option IMHO.

I use either jeweled now or addie cloack of wolf as non caster.
Gsteel is also a option for stacking saves

It works on epic casual, and casuals seems to be the target audience lately.
