Would like to see if Deception Item+Weapon and Improved Deception Item+Weapon would have 4x the chance to proc, add in the Tier 4 Harper Thing for 5x chance for Deception to proc. Ring of Lies + Improved Deception Khopesh the mob very rarely if ever turns around. Ring of House Avithoul + Imp Dec Khop the same. House Avithoul Ring alone is pretty good on a Hasted TWF Tempest. I get Sneak Attacks on just about every mob that lives past the first 2 or 3 seconds.

	May sound like a n00b, but gonna ask What is the proc? A bluff? Don't mobs become immune to bluff if you bluff them too much?

	so backstabbers gloves and ring of lies (deception + improved deception) should both do their own procs effectively doubling proc rate.

	the proc just turns the mob around, and leaves it vulnerable to sneak attacks. Helpful single mob CC, especially versus red-names. it acts as a bluff, but has its own mechanic it seems.

	There was a discussion on this in a thread about HHoE. I don't know if the triple-spin thing is still going on, but if it is you'll get better info from others here via PM.
