	The probelm with DDO is that Turbine has made the game close to unapproachable for new players. No decent tutorials so things like the grouping panel, lag and bugs that set a seriously bad first impression. Hang around Korthos when your server is the default for new players and you'll see dozens of new players but none of them stick around. Maybe Cordovan should hang around Korthos and help/talk to new players to find out why and then the devs should spend some time implementing some of the better suggestions for getting a higher retention rate. But they should definitely fix help and support pages that show a fucking 404 error. Fucking dipshits.

	Turbine policy - glitches and poor coding resulting in interference of your game play or enjoyment will be ignored.� Glitches or poor coding on the developers side that at all benefit your game play or enjoyment will result in your character being banned and/or items from your inventory deleted.� Please report all bugs via our bug report...when it works.

I, and others, have suggested this through many different avenues up to and including sending those leaving Korthos to a few new quests in Eveningstar which lead back to Stormreach for a couple of levels in order to have more vets to interact with. It appears to me that DDO has become a testing ground and financial stream for developing a new game, that when finished and released, will spell the end for DDO.
