Load Screen of Death

Have had it happen several times today by me and people i was running with ... a load screen that doesn't move, so kill the client log back in and get stuck on "cleaning up old connection" for about 20 min till it times out and says the game server is full try again ... log in just fine after that.

anyone know of a workaround or hell at least some kind of warning that its about to happen?

Twice I've had it fixed by killing all awesomium processes but percentage wise that's less that 10% of the times it fixed it compared to the times it didn't.

Log in on a different server (into a toon), then quit and log in to the original server, different toon, then logout and in on the original server, original toon.  Only way I've found that consistently works.

Good workaround/advice here.

I've had luck just waiting 15mins and trying again, but usually just go to another server to play for a bit anyway.

This issue has been alive and well for quite sometime, but is certainly much worse since the last update.

I think OP's server is may be Thelanis.
