I'm confused.  Displacement and Blur are both concealment effects -- is lesser displacement typed differently?
(I'm not outright ruling it out, because Turbine, but it just sounds odd that Displacement would not conflict, while Blur would, when both effects have the same typing...)

It should only use the greatest value currently in effect.

is that only messed up while the blur is on or does swapping to a displacement gs clicky break it perma?

Since we are talking about stacking of these kind of effects... is Smokescreen stacking with blur and displacement? Is smokescreen even stacking with lesser displacement?

Just wanted to add that smokescreen and blurry are 2 different effects, if you have a blurry item equipped you won't see the blur buff and effect anymore when cast on you but with a smokescreen item equipped you still see the blur buff and effect when cast on you.
But... not sure if that also means it's really stacking(could be blur is breaking smoke screen), had the feeling I would need to video capture a bit to make sure I get all numbers. Maybe I try it tomorrow again without dodge and incoperale interfering with this testing.
