House c challenge gear(weapons), crafting hall>Level Strip.  Turns into No minimum Lv.  Temporary if you lsc, or log off of any kind.  Although, some items go from bta/btaq to btc. Making them shard AH -40% sellable.

Also adding, I've only tried lv 16 items, since that's the one I've always saved all my pennies for.  Epic may be on a different system.  With everything else going on.  It was still still fun to play at lv 1 with a lv 16 earthen bow.  6 types of dps, Yeah!
