I can't see anyone getting trolled to a point of quitting the game. Worst case scenario is you are in group with some dipshits and you just drop group or, if your guild is a collection of douches, change guilds. Just squelch someone and their ability to harass you is minimal.

Last time Burntz was on, Grump was giving him a lot of attention - me, I had to unsquelch him to listen to the drama. But those griefers haven't been on much - maybe everyone did and there's no one left for them to bother.
