Shield Mastery/Improved Shield Mastery [NERF]

When i was on lammania checking out some of the current mechanics, i noticed shield mastery respectively improved shield mastery not providing any prr or doublestrike bonus in fact you will only benefit from the melee power. That is all, and i am terribely shocked that no one has brought that up so far.

It doesn't work with orbs anymore tardo. He's saying you weren't using a shield.

And fucking shuriken don't work with handwraps and druid shapeshifting anymore.  Fucking Turbine taking away everything that is good and right and decent in the world.

Do not work with either of them shields or orbs, in fact they fucked up both feats and left the melee power portion alone. Guess they thought it was a nice workaround for swashbucklers and such, but aren't aware that tanks and alike are also shafted in the process  Roll Eyes.

They stripped orb properties from stacking on all toons with epic necro 4 update. I had my lolwut saves reduced to normal just by logging in.

smart is a stretch.  he was always 6 months behind whatever the power build of the minute was.

I still remember is OMFG SHIRADI! post 5 months after everyone was bored with the build.
