I wouldnt even bother kensei. The extra ap after spending in swash is better used for harper(which we can all agree is tits) and vanguard makes up further for that damage missed out from kensei. 60% shield bash proc(basically a 60% chance every attack procs a buckler smash) and up to +4 damage when using one hander+shield.

I rather have both options because they all stack with each other, even +x enhancement bonuses to your weapon (swash + kensei) except exploit weakness but keen edge is better anyway since it is a consistent crit bonus. Also tactics useless ? no way !

	Again, thanks for all of your guys insight and help. Mind you...im already at lv 28 w/ a pure human bard. Even though it has given me an idea on other chars (as unless my Cutt-throat gets responded to) I dont think I can remotely get stoned enough to Completionist this particular character (nor do I wish to, tbh) Question about the Epic Red...I don't need the 375 PDK favor for that right? I still haven't gotten the fuckin Shard...on like 7 EE completions on Khyber (to that effect, 14 EH/EE runs of Inferno got me 0 Belts) So aside from gearing, and the enhancement changes...anything else I can do? Currently dumped my spellsinger points into Harper Switching to TF Light Picks (of all flavors) once I get to 5 on Divine Crusader (as I've dropped Unyielding Sent) Need the Eidolons, Belt and Buckler from Necro4...prob will find a way to slot a Fort Blue augment SOMEWHERE in there...seeming as the Necro4 shit = 4 slots, I got one on my Epic Dusk Heart, and some other vender trash Wish they'd hurry the fuck up with Tier 4 GS and add augment slots and some Psionic bonus. Thanks again. Will keeping checking here for more inspiration/help

	Depends on the build. If there arent 12 fighter levels then obv cant do kensei tier 5. If going with 12ftr then bard gets you tier 3 swash enhances covering almost everything desired for about 20 AP spent. 32 in kensei, at least 6 in harper and 9 in stalwart, both could easily take more AP. 11 in Vanguard to get 20% shield bash stacking with improved shield feat for 40% total. I do believe exploit weakness to be better than keen edge giving around a 10% crit increase. Essentially +2 range on average. Quote: Also tactics useless ? no way ! with tactics since prr update. 	Exploit Weakness is an ass kicker honestly...never ending crit profile for all intents and purposes. Don't know why I didnt fuckin think of using LPs earlier...silly me Question, should I find a way to fit Precision into my feats? I'm sure I can find something to swap out...the Swashie thing will make it a +5 Dam, +5% to hit and 25% Armor Piercing.. I assume using a Vuln/Armor Pierc/Mortal Fear proc on a Tier 3 LP would be....painful. Just all about that end game gear from this point forward.

	Changed what some of you guys had reccomended. Still no luck on the drops for Necro4 or Haunted Halls yet but whatever (anyone got an extra laying around, PM me - Im on Khyber) TF changes have helped. DC is getting better and better, it was just rough at first losing about 450 hp and a bunch of PRR and AC from Unyielding Sentinel...but that's getting to be worth it. Does that Action Boost for speed stack w/ Haste? Also, are there any items that add Alacrity? I heard that stacks too. Even with 45% Attack Speed, it looks like some bastards are out there swinging way faster than me.
