There is absolutely no way to provide Turdbine feedback on the performance of their GM's, so the useless lazy ones can hide forever amongst the good ones.
There is no ingame feedback and talking about it on the forums is bannable. Why? What are they tryin to hide? What are they afraid of - honest feedback that other players will see and know they're incompetent.
I know Turdbine are hopeless, but what are they trying to achieve by suppressing discussion on it? They might actually benefit by having some of the lazy ones exposed.
Or they could continue to live in lalaland....
I've been asked multiple times to provide feedback on my customer service experience. I can't really tell that it does any good, but they send me an email letting me know that they received my feedback. Sometimes I can even get a decent explanation for what's going on. (Took us over an hour to get help on Thanksgiving. Turdbine had one GM working all day.).
That being said, worst customer service experience I ever had was with Tolero. A while ago, there was a bug that allowed a half elf to switch a dilettante feat at a level that a time applied and have the time count for the minimum stat requirements for the feat. For instance, you could use a base 12 charisma, wait until your time kicked in, and use your free feat exchange with Fred to get the Pally dilettante and get +5 to all your saves. The way the character sheet read in those days had your tomes mixing in with your base stats so that it looked pretty legit to someone who wasn't lurking around the forums at that time. So unless you were in the know, it didn't appear to be a bug.
I figured out a build I wanted, purchased a tome from the ddo store, and tried to switch my feat. When it didn't work, I sent in a ticket. Tolero happened to be the person who answered my ticket and through the course of our conversation called me stupid multiple times and threatened to ban me. I threatened to send screenshots to her boss and she closed the ticket without even saying goodbye. I wish I still had them. They would've been fun to post on the vault.
