The noob is an idiot.  Nothing to see here.  A weak player running a level 1 toon with no twink gear in a level 3 quest got roflstomped because he can't figure out tactics without a tutorial.  And that's allegedly a problem. 

I guess he needs a sparkling yellow trail to lead him through the quest.  I think there is a game him.
