Regarding Exploit Weakness

Are 30% - 40% nominal shield bash enough to fuel exploit weakness ? I have seen/heard that higher chances provide less gain due to the initial cooldown, attack speed and doublestrike. Also making sure that my buckler only crits on a 20, so it won't be able to remove all stacks at once that often.

I will let you do the math."  why asking/testing for EW if you had the math? still can do a 12 bard 8 fighter for the great and awesome keen edge
