Yeah, I made plenty of the flasks from cards and rarely use them.
The only one I have used is Displacement.
The durations are short, and the cooldowns are long.
They're ok if you don't have them and your toon doesn't have access to that ability. At best they're situationally useful, but not reliable due to the shared cool downs.
I've never understood the logic behind shared cool downs (other than someone can't code).
On one hand, kudos because they listened.
On the other hand, their solutions stinks of minimum effort trotting out old items.
10k fragments is a big price.
Regarding a trap, possibly. The good 'Ol honeypot trap.
They likely can't differentiate the items from anniversary card items, but they could log the trades themselves and investigate your account.
Prudence would dictate being patient.
If the items are BTC like the card ones, then you better ensure your account is clean if you trade.
