No point wearing it for just only +4 extra strength, when you can keep the +3 % doublestrike set bonus from black dragon set. Fucking ridiculous piece of Junk  Angry.

If you use medium armor or higher, the doublestrike is negated by other options. Relentless Fury is what you should be comparing it to.
