	Why? That aside, his complete and total incompetence seems to have secured his position. So it would follow that you would have to encourage him to learn how to do his job. Once he started to perform any single task required of him with anything remotely resembling competence, Turbine will promptly boot his ass to the curb.

	Even if you could get him fired, what then? He does his job the same as the next person would. At least Cordo plays the game. The next person may not. The Mechwarrior online moderation is pretty top notch these days (almost killed the game 18 months ago tho) and that is a seriously rowdy bunch to moderate. God help you if you brown-nose to blatantly, the mob turns very fast over there. Between the new twitch players and the old gray TT converts it has some really crazy and really loud factions. But it really seems to have learned it's lesson as the Forums are pretty helpful, entertaining, and diverse. Just saying.

Cordo does have some influence over the game. He reads many of the active forum threads on the main forums and passes on to the developers what he thinks is important. It's not much influence, but it is some. I wouldn't like to see him fired. He does a lousy job of moderating, he does a lousy job of identifying issues that are meaningful and passing them on to the development team, and he's lousy at playing the game. I would like him to try to do a better job, but at least he's predictable and has moments of not sucking. If he were fired, odds are that his replacement would be more like Sapience (who made Cordovan look competent) rather than more toward the desirable end of the spectrum.
