Anyone know anything about this?

(Dungeon Master): Sorry, the D&D 40th Anniversary Event is over!

(Dungeon Master): You can still combine cards to redeem prizes with the Player's Manual.

In general chat after rolling the 8th anniversary die, I want my players manual.

I don't know, I think they borked up all the 40th anniversary stuff.

I recently pulled my special edition d20 out just to see, took it out of the bag. Now it won't go back in the bag, or into my bank. Basically my choices are permanently loose an inventory slot or throw away my anniversary dice Tongue

I'll never understand the propensity of people to brag about being good at a video game. Its a toy you play with for fun. The only person who should be proud of you is your mother. If you're 3.

It has always said that Mr.
Like all things Turdbine, half finished and unchecked.

Not sure what was intended by that - maybe it wasn't a cruncher in early versions.

Ooh, you fucked up. They fucked up, too, but it was months ago. They wanted to make the cruncher unbankable. Made the die unbaggable.

I've got like ... many ... extra. I'd give you one, but I think that trick's currently not working.

In related news, the way they deactivated the cards was to make the cruncher non-selectable. You can move it around, but I have one that's "locked," and can't even "unlock" it. I'm pretty sure if there's a way to select it, the cards will work. Turbine is exactly that lazy.

No, we didn't - nobody did.  So fear not friend.
Can only assume the Player's Manual was the precursor to the Cruncher.
No idea how that worked.
So it's just a messaging error, ike many others for example.
"Something's nothing was removed from you" (or is it the other way round?)
