	1. Dont forget to claim the astral shards and other stuff you get from monster manual 2. Anyone played with this astral shard collection mechanism? Seems like something that would fly completely under TB's radar

	The most annoying part is now you get a shard when you used to get a diamond. So much for the exchange rate.

	ok, its possible (first MM was U15, AS U17)- maybe i just collected it later, after shards were introduced. just remember i was getting 3AS as reward

I never knew you had to "collect" the AS rewards. Have never done it on any of my toons ever. Truth be told, what a daft system? We have go through all the MM's line by line looking for AS rewards? Why not just credit them like the XP and TP. AS are account based so it doesn't matter which toon gets it? Seems to be the same for other rewards like Jewels of Fortune etc. What have we got? 4 volumes with dozens of creature types with even more sub-categories under that..... sheeesh. Good call Goldy - worth a look.

You could also get them from Looting Chests ( and barrels/boxes ) even before the MM. Ok, it didn't last long, since they introcuded the A Shit pretty fast after the MM.

If it helps, today I was looking at some of the monsters in the "P" version of MM (was it a preview copy as it appears before MM1?) gave AS rewards - beholders was one of them. Not sure if that was a retro adjustment? EDIT: looking at Wiki it says P is for Prologue version that everyone got. It was released in U15, but has no AS rewards according to wiki. Wiki also says Beholder was in MM3, but I'm sure I had the P version selected. Will have to check later sorry. Maybe I had the wrong tab selected as I've never bothered to look at it much.

Beholder was MM3, which was the version they upped the xp and gave AS rewards instead of TP. That's a lot of initialisms in one sentence.

	Thanks for the post Gold, will go and check mine. Like Bear, I've never gone through and claimed them. Seems silly that they aren't autogranted. But now I can "play" with the turn ins for a few mins to see what happens ^ ^

	The 'Loot' provided by the MM Pages have been 'fixed' several time IIRC. That might be what is causing the confusion ( and the mess in the wiki page ). Originally some AD dropped in the MM, when they added MM3, they retroactively changed all the AD drops to either drop AS or to drop something else. I remember being pissed by one of the change they did where I knew I had an AD coming before U17 and ended with a shitty XP gem ( 200XP or something like that ) in it's place.

	They used to drop one AD for some rewards. Before they changed to AS rewards, you could double click the ADs to convert to ASs. Or ass. Nothing like a conversation about ass, need to take care of ED now.
