Thank you AH Pook. I have been through 2 REAL WARs and that web sight dose not help . Fun place though. Now how to get sanity back for people that have served and have seen Real life die .
This is where you reveal yourself with the occasional lucid and almost normal post. We get it, you got a beef with Turdbine and DDO. Good for you. You've let us know, so move along now.
You're just some poor sap who gets their jollies by antagonising others.
If pretending to be a drunk moron is your thing, go for it on the mother forums and give Cordo a coronary.
As for the vet card.
Every game forum I have been in has some foul mouthed entitled moron claiming to be a vet of X wars. After my patience is exhausted, I offer the same advice.
Here it is (are you ready for the shocking revelation?) - SO WHAT??
If you're an actual veteran, we thank you for your sacrifice and service.
But that's as far as it goes. Being a vet does not entitle you to be an asshole/moron/dickhead (choose the one you prefer). The are others here in the same boat, and they integrate into the community and are welcomed as any other.
To be honest, no-one her cares what you have done or currently do. That's part of not discriminating. Blue collar/white collar/military/self employed/unemployed and even surfer dudes
- we don't care.
Regarding your assertion that seeing real death changes you - yes, yes it does. Get help and get over it. Maybe this is not the place for you.
I have seen too many deaths and would not wish it on others at all. It is very sobering and tends to make you "more serious" than the average Joe, but you do appreciate/value life and your kids even more. Yes it does affect how I view certain things, but it does not give me a free pass to be an abusive cock.
There are plenty of non-military vocations in our community that place their lives at risk
every day: firefighters, police, paramedics, high voltage linesmen, underground mine workers, doctors, nurses, refinery workers etc etc.
I've never heard a single one of them talk about their "tours of duty".
Some of my mates have been cops for 30 years and could tell you stuff that would make your manly cohones shrink, and I've never heard them say their entitled to anything.
If it changes you so much - then why are you playing stupid "games" and poking the hornet's nest. Go and swap war stories somewhere else where it is relevant and you'll be appreciated for your foul mouthed incoherent rants.
Go and get help and let people try to enjoy a hobby they're entitled too.
