Why bother trying to make heavy armor and PRR viable only to nerf it right after?  I thought the whole idea was to try and make armor viable again.

I didn't realise there was anybody complaining about this even being a balance issue.  Or an issue at all.

I see their point, it makes some sense.

But if these nearly-worthless changes are what we can expect from the devs and the PC in 2015 then we're you guys still playing are d00med.

I'm not sure why people would get so upset about this.  The ninja-nerf is dumb, but nerfs happen in MMOs.  And this is like a ~5-10% nerf in PRR, which is really no big deal at the end of the day.

There was a lot of pushback against this.

I'll be upfront though, I couldn't really have given 2 fucks about this particular nerf.

MRR is still more useful than evasion.
