Well.. lets see..
Random Past paying patrons (Ones who purchased patron, and stopped playing, causing their accounts to flag as inactive) were sent items that totaled up to over 500 days worth of Loyalty Tokens. A patron receives 5 of these tokens every day for being patron/logging in.
1 Gold Secrets Starter pack - Valued at $99 USD
1 Cyanfin Dolphin - Valued at an approximate $500 USD (only obtainable through RNG boxes, the drop rate is ridiculously low.. even folks who have spent $100-300 on the boxes havnt gotten one yet)
20x Exp tonics
Bunch of other crap
It was part of the "We want you back" program. However, CURRENTLY PAYING CUSTOMERS received jack shit..
This morning, a few lucky assholes were able to cry to Customer Service, and recieved the above items. This only further infuriated the player base..
We are waiting till tomoro to find out how we will be compensated for this error in judgement
~Total so far of Paying Patrons that have Unsubbed - ~900 and counting. 50 of which were all in a single guild, and had multiple accounts each..
They fucked up big time today/last nite by sending out those "gifts"

300 = 25x Lucky Quicksilver Potion (80 credits each. 80x25 / 12 = 300 Loyalty)
300 = 25x Immortal XP Potion (80 credits each see above)
300 = 25x Vocation Tonic (80 credits each see above)
155 = Golden Teardrop Storage Chest (1862 credits / 12 = 155 Loyalty)
15 = 7 Day First Floor Pass (180 credits / 12 = 15)
30 = 7 Day Second Floor Pass (360 credits / 12 = 30)
60 = 7 Day Third Floor Pass (720 credits / 12 = 60)
That's 1651 Loyalty tokens above. Now if we also assume:
300 = Dynasty Robes Costume is 300 Loyalty like other costume
300 = Dolphin Mount is 300 Loyalty like Donkey mount (The mount that was sent is not in the store, this is another version of it however)
67 = Glider Customization is 800 credit (divided by 12 = 67 Loyalty)
That is a Grand Total of 2,319 Loyalty token equivalent, or 463 days (1+ year) of loyalty!!
And that is WITHOUT trying to price the permanent AnyPost Owl, any of the Experia patches, the XP potion(s), and the Professional Tonic(s).
Basically, Trion gave rewards to returning players equivalent to TWICE as much as someone who stayed loyal and paid EVERY DAY since launch! THIS is why current patrons are upset!
And the lucky few current patrons who contacted in game chat in time to complain, ALSO got this reward. This made the problem 10x worse.
