Lvl 7: 1000, 15 excep heal amp, 11 insight MRR (even though the description says heal amp....)
Lvl 14: 4000, 30 HA 18 MRR
Lvl 21: 8000, 45 HA 25 MRR

All have a green and colourless slot.

7-14 upgrade:3000
14-21 upgrade:4000

I assume since cosmetic crap returned with it, bracers and cloaks will come back later as well but turbine....who knows.

I see one of the PC members was expecting a yellow slot, which has been downgraded to colourless on Live.

I will offer a comment that I really do think they have the cost calibration wrong on this stuff.
At 8000 remnants, that is not really accessible for many players.
That is pretty steep for an "okay" item.

I'm not suggesting that everyone should be able to get one, but I think their pricing is at the extreme end of the range.

Hardcore grinders can probably get the remnants in a few days of play (yes, less for those of you who have no life outside of DDO), but ironically, they're probably the least interested in the items.

Allow me to clarify - where did they say that these specific items were coming a month ago?  I did not see that post.

And this was not a personal whinge post.  Due to some forward planning, I have sufficient remnants to acquire whatever I need for a long time.  I am approaching my comment from the perspective of the general populace who likely don't have 4000-8000 remnants (because they don't play Hard or Elite).

Yes, you could indeed have been farming for a month to get this one item.  Awesome isn't it.
Unless you play alot and choose to farm them, you will likely not have 1,000's of remnants.
As a benchmark, I know some regular (most nights) but casual players (play the difficulty level that suits the group available) that don't have anywhere near 1,000 remnants.
If you play HH 8 hours a day on EE, then you will be fine! 
Of course, you'll be bored out of your fucking brain, but all set for that ML21 item which you will likely never use.

I believe there will be a series of items over time.
But you get this before Apr 5 or you miss out (for now).  Whether they recycle them or not, I don't know.  Actually, given the laziness in their development, pretty sure they will recycle them.

I don't have a soln to the broader argument around remnants.  I was just observing that the cost is fairly high on the scale.
I would suggest the cost is outside "stretch target" range for most players, so they simply won't bother.

And I noticed Varg edited his post on the cloaks and bracers to change the slot color from yellow to colorless.
