	Obviously the nerf to masters blitz wasn't enough, so they also feel that the combat feats are overperforming and now instead provide 1/1/1 for a total of 3. To compensate for that fighters just got a little mp boost across some fighter only feats, which will also at the same time offset the loss suffered from said combat related feats. Proxy means something else is being changed, like how TWF is proxy buffed by THF and SWF getting nerfed. (It is also directly buffed by additional MP.)
