my standard client wont let me log in i have re logged and reset my clients multiple times

for lam i get
cant open the data files. check that they exist and that you have permission to wright to them. the program will now exit. [201]

w/e
games gone too basic anyway no reward in skill anymore

On lamma now, but load screens are grinding to a halt, 4-5 mins apiece.

there is no lag or log in issues in DDO
