So i log into live for the 2nd time this month, was like a week since my last log in, and its telling me i have too many characters and not enough slots. Which makes no sense, as i was never a VIP so i dont even see how this could happen. I lost 2 slots. Submitted a ticked but yet to get a response  Cry

This happened to me twice after logging into lama.  I put a ticket in and they fixed me right up.  Still, kind of a pain. I won't be playing on lama again until they straighten it out(yeah, I know).

Did they give any indication of how the bug is occurring?
How is Lam resetting your Live account settings?  That is a worry.

Wonder if we can achieve the opposite and take F2P account to VIP by reversing the effect.

I didn't get any details.  But, only took about 3 or 4 hours to be fixed after putting in a ticket.  Probably faster if you call.
